Internal Family Systems (IFS)

After trauma, it’s common to feel pulled in different direction self-criticism, anxiety, or shutdown.

IFS helps you connect with these parts with curiosity and compassion.

Progressive Counting & Flash Technique

Not all trauma work needs to begin with direct exposure.

These gentle approaches help reduce distress while maintaining a sense of safety and control.

My approach integrates EMDR, Progressive Counting, the Flash Technique, and parts-based, attachment-focused work to support nervous system regulation and deeper healing not just insight, but meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is to create a space where all parts of you feel seen, respected, and understood. Ultimately, my work is focused on helping you feel more like yourself more connected, more at ease, and more able to engage fully in your life.
